1. Eligibility for Returns เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า

Due to the hygienic nature of personal care and intimate wellness products, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed items.
เนื่องจากลักษณะของสินค้าเพื่อสุขอนามัยส่วนบุคคล เราไม่รับคืนสินค้าที่ถูกเปิดใช้งาน ใช้งานแล้ว หรือฉลาก/ซีลถูกเปิดออก

To be eligible for a return เพื่อให้เข้าเงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า:

• The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items สินค้าชำรุดหรือไม่ถูกต้องตามคำสั่งซื้อ

4. Exchanges การเปลี่ยนสินค้า

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us through our website first.
หากต้องการเปลี่ยนสินค้า กรุณาติดต่อผ่านเว็บไซต์ก่อนดำเนินการใด ๆ

Once the return (if eligible) is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.
